To edit your theme goto theme HTML and start editing it to your choice .

How to unlock locked 

search for the locked widget name like top menu or. <div class= or locked='true

Change locked='true to locked='false 

Hit save your locked widget will be unlocked same method applies to all widgets .

How to add links to down attributes,designed by me and remove powered by blogger
